Which one is correct?

Both sound okay, but the first one sounds MORE correct since "Please" and "when you leave" both imply a definite future tense action. I would not normally raise an eyebrow at "when you are leaving", depending on the context, since it implies a repetative future action that doesn't normally seem to match "Please".
