Dear teachers:
(a) Our plans are subject to the weather.
(b) Our plans are susceptible to the weather.
Is there any difference between (a) and (b)?
Thanks. |

There might be a slight technical difference, but none that I can see. In practical usage, they are the same. |

1. The crops are susceptible to the weather.
2. The crops are subject to the weather.
I think #1 makes more sense. |

Thanks. "Subject/susceptible to" means "easily affected by", right? |
