For every man who wants to be a good player, first and most important thing I think is training the body. Too fat or too thin is no good. You must have speed and strenghth. So you must run and lift everyday, then you have the basis to sharpen your basketball skills. I've noticed that the good players all have the "great" bodies. Of course, if you are born to be a star like Shark , I envy you so much. Secondly, you need a brain. Maybe it's possible you sit and write more, you improve your basketball skills more. Thirdly, you have a liberate heart. That will make you confident and rational. I mean, you always know when you go by yourself and when you pass the ball, totally under control.
These are what I think about basketball. I experienced from a thin boy to a fat boy , then back to a thin boy. What do you think, guys? _________________ "Watch flower flowering and searing
