Hi,

Now I also try to be on a diet and hope I really lose weights!

In my opinion, the best food for diet is natural food; that is, the food without any chemicals e.g., veggies, fruits, meat...and so on.

Everyone should have different kind of dietary style according to their body condition. In my case, I can eat more food including protein, but can't eat more food including carbonhydrate and that's really challenging me!!!!

Try to keep your diet in about 1200 calories a day as I do so. I lost weight about 2 kgs per month according to the previous guide. Hope you can also succeed in losing weight! Surprised

yeah...I also like Japanese Food as well as soy bean products...
Japanese Food is surely a good one for people who want to eat healthily because it's light and low calories!!!

I always go to Japanese restaurants in Taiwan; When going there, I might order Ten Don, KaTsu Curry, NiGiRi or SashiMi. They really taste good!

I would have to agree with Mayumi and Blues

Most Japanese dishes are considered healthy. They love seafood and it's one of the best foods if you want to reduce weight. Fish fat has a cholesterol that is actually good for the Heart and body unlike the cholesterol you get from pork, chicken or beef.

Although I don't recommend eating Instant Foods like those Instant Cup Noodles. They have too much preservatives that's not good for your health.
