Could anyone use *whip up* in a sentence?

What are the things that we can *whip up*?

Thanks

excite somebody or something: to arouse or provoke a strong feeling or reaction in a group of people

2. make something rise up: to stir or disturb something with force so that it rises or flies up

3. prepare something rapidly: to make something quickly, especially an impromptu meal ( informal )
