And i'm looking for a serious agency. If anyone has already some experience on the bulgarian real estate market ,
I would really appreciate some advice on the subject.

I would suggest you to contact Bulgaria property information I friend of mine recently
bought two great apartments and vas very satisfied with their services.
There is another one which are also very serious and do a great job- "adis", but i don't remember
their website address.
