Hi friends,

Swimming is terrific, fantastic, the best sport. I began to learn one year ago. At the beginning I was so afraid, and I not wanted to separate my hands to the board of the swimming pool, but I tried to superate a goal every day. Now I swimm in crowl, backstroke and a little breakstoke. I began to practice butterfly style.
Bebe dont be afraid of the swimming pool, think that into the watter you can get relax. For me it was difficult to began with the backstroke, I was so afraid, I mean almost scare, now is better, when I swimm in backstroke I used to close my eyes for some minutes and sing in my mind any relaxed song, I imagine that Im flying and I get relaxed for all the day.
Try, only try.

Redrose is right. I you want to build a super body you have to:
1.- take a tablefloat ans swimm over your right side, completly straight, and after 100 meters, change to left side. If you do that every day you can get a fine waist.
2.- kick as in crawl, but with your arms under the watter in a perpendicular line to your body, and hag a table float -in this position- with your hands. then you will get a beautifull arms.
3.- practice dolphin kicking to get a beautifull ... the very low part of the back, that you use to sit dawn-
4.- practice backstroke to get good abs.

Redrose, six meters is t short. Try to swimm 25 and increase every day. Ok

Hi! I come from Hong Kong. I like swimming very much because this is good exercise for me. I always go to siwimming by myself. I think I can partice more. In Hong Kong, most people were talking to friends in swimming pool. It is very nonsense.
