I associate it with Chinese (jinhua-ham) and German(Schweinhaxe&Eisbein)
it's the same as turkey with thanksgiving
the differents between Schweinhaxe & Eisbein, the main key all I know is the cooking way.
The former is roast and another is boiled.
but I am not sure
someone can tell it more? what's else in diff ?
