Hi!! I think it's true that mostly japanese are shy!! Embarassed
Especially, It's hard for japanese to talk with people who come frpme another country friendly. It's one of culture. We, Japanese tend to see a foreigner just as a special people. American never see like japanese. They see just same American, even if you are japanese Laughing

I think Japanese people are too shy, especially, in English!! I sometimes get peeved at Japanese who talk nothing in English:x Even though, we have to talk about something important, most people become silent. I think it's not only shy but also perfectionists. They think that they have to speak fluently when they talk in English. Sad

Japanese never shy... I think Korean is the shier than Japanese..
In my school, there are many Janpanese students who are really cool than other countries...
Although Japanese would be shy around would, Korean is the better..

Hi! what if a foreigner would speak japanese a bit, would you be shy to talk too? (I'm just wondering if it's the language or the person who you're afraid of)

Hi,I'm japanese. I think some Japanese students are shy. One of my Korean friends said ''Japanese students in my class are all quiet.'' I'm not so shy, I think, but I can't speak English well so I become quiet. Crying or Very sad
