Is "rub-on" tattoo like "temporary" tattoo?

Thanks

yes--it's literally a tattoo on a sheet of paper that you use water to transfer to your skin. you put the tattoo side down on your skin, then wet it and rub it with your thumb to make the transfer.

we used to love these as kids--you'd find them in a box of cracker jacks...ah, the good old days when cracker jacks actually tasted good. Razz

toe - you should have never mentioned cracker jacks.

cracker jacks is a snack that comes in a small box and has a small prize inside. when you open it, the pize is small, like a rub-on tattoo or a toy. the snack is popcorn covered in carmel and baked so that it does not stick together in the box.

It was/is a mixture of caramel-coated popcorn and roasted peanuts. (Oddly, it is not a cracker or anything close to it.)
