What is the meaning of "fronting on"?

One example is a building on a corner. Although it is on two streets, it fronts on the street that its entrance faces. Its address is the street that it fronts on.

there is also a slang term "front" meaning to put on a fake or false personality, acting like someone you're not. everyone sees right through this of course, and so you'd use the sentence, "Don't front," to tell someone to stop it.

or "front" is also used to say "let me borrow some cash." you'd say, "front me $5 until tomorrow."
