Maybe you should explain that some English Speakers pronounce the H, others don't. But considering that, the Latino culture is very gender specific, they will understand the need not to confuse the two. Well, I guess, you're right. I think her problem is that she doesn't understand when people drop the H because she isn't a native English speaker.
