I'm contemplating adopting this text for our school for use across the range of our adult classes and using the pronunciation books to complement it.
SHould I or should I not?

I have a simple answer to where you get curriculums from... you write them yourself. IMHO, someone who runs a private English school should be able to put together a curriculum for teachers to follow based on a textbook series or test or whatever. If they cannot do that, I would not want to work for...
