What is the difference between these conjuntion "because, as, since, for"? Or do they mean the same? For example, Because she was badly injured, she couldn't walk. what about these?

She's the prettiest girl I've ever seen.

I saw this sentence posted on this homepage.

In this sentence I can say " She's the prettiest girl that I've ever seen"
Right?

But it's not correct to say She's the prettiest girl whom I've ever seen"
Right?

Or am I wrong again?

I'm confused....

He is the greatest man that has ever lived. In this sentence can I also use who instead of that, like He is the greatest man who has ever lived. We always have complaints, whether they be big or small. We always have complains, whether they are big or small. Which of the sentences is correct? or Are both the sentences correct? If they are both correct, is there any difference in meaning? I've always used the second form but I happened to see...
