Green font

I didn't notice the green font until you pointed it out and don't know why it appears with my name. If you like it, you should contact Dave Sperling and ask if you can get it.

Fluffyhamster said, "I don't like that 'don't bother' there, Karl. Why don't you ask Dave to remove your name from the site, then? Does 'Moderator of Dave's ESL Cafe's Teacher Forums' just look too darn good on your CV?" Have you noticed that I'm no longer listed as moderator? I have never included ...

I haven't monitored this forum (or any of the Teacher Discussion Forums) for a long, long time: it's far too time-consuming. Someone else is actually monitoring, but I don't know who.

So far, I think the "like it" contingent is winning over the "it sucks" group--though the totals are very small, of course. It's pointless to compare the new forums to the old ones. I can remember when they were just getting started, and few people used them at that time. Eventually, however, folks...

the new boards

I'm also with Iain and think the new format offers many more possibilities than the older one. Of course it'll take some getting used to--anything new does. It's also natural that there would be fewer messages here: the old boards (which are still operational, but won't be much longer) have been in...
