I understand your problem, kids are holy to the parents....try to tals about it as subtle as you can. Anyway, you have to try to talk to somebody about it, otherwise the kid will keep disturbing your classes...difficult situation

I think you should be really upfront about it to the parents. Just explain them the problem, maybe they recognize it and you can cooperate to solve this problem. Honesty is the best way!

I think that some games can really stimulate the creativity of the children, which is a good skill to develop. Creativity can help them grasp some concepts better.

I think that it also depends on the which card game you play maybe??
