I have been trying to make a decision on whether to teach in China or South Korea. It would seem that the companies may look after their staff better in China, while the salaries in South Korea appear to be higher. Does anyone have any suggestions?

EFL and ESL same thing
An EFL or ESL teacher is the same thing and they don't have to be a native speaker, although many employers prefer this because a native speaker can pronounce the accent correctly.

Hi there Metal,
I believe that "this" would be refering to either something in the person's possession or that they are touching, while "that" would be used to describe something they are pointing towards!

"were" is a plural, so if "one" player is sent off it would be "one was" as opposed to "they were."
