Thanks for the great information! Right now, our high school offers ASL as a foreign language option, so that's what our Deaf students take, but it would be interesting to guide them in another way if they wanted to. Thanks for the post!

Ripping Video
I know there's also zamzar.com and keepvid.com (not sure about the legality of sites like this, though) and you can always upload them to teachertube.com or hulu.com. Our district won't let us watch YouTube in the classroom, even for educational purposes.
