Since they are elementar, I believe you should you use elementary stuff. I don't believe being doctors makes them different. It is really difficult to get along with teens sometimes. We have to face the truth: they've got something sweet to do all the time! Trying to know what sort of things they really need to learn is a good beginning. Sometimes they feel like completely idiots by having either to play games or to sing....

Setting up a topic is always a good idea as our fellows mentioned before.

If you're looking for something more academical you could try

http://www.google.com/scholar

Even though it is still a beta web site it provides people with lots technical & academical material.

Good search!!!

Those are great sugestions!! I've tried almost all of them and /i ensure they really work. I've just remembered once I took all my students to a pizza place. We made a deal with the place owner and got a whole section for us. There everybody could talk about anything while having a large slice. The ...

It is real good to have a machine such as a laptop computer running in your class. I usually download movies and play them intirely. I try not to watch the movie in advance in order to feel the same surprise my students feel while watching it. Before playing it, we always have a discussion of what w...

Brainstorming is always good at the beginning. This way you will be able to know your students' needs. As you guys get to know each other, you can start by setting up a cooperative environment where everyone has a part to play. The experience i have with a few japanese is that they really take effor...
