Singing is probably out then. My friend told me her 6th graders liked singing in French though. You might try with some songs which aren't too baby-ish. Also, you can take some lyrics of a pop song which is popular with the kids. Have them give you a couple they like and choose one with not too much...

You might want to look into other certificates as well, possibly a Montessori degree. I was looking into that one as a correspondence course with a London institute but there are programs in Canada/ USA as well.
