i've been teaching kids for some time, but i've got a problem here: when i asked one pair of them to make dialogues, the other students will talk in Chinese and pay no atttention to the speakers.
Question: how could i make every kid concentrate in the classroom?

I have some students who are from the South of China. When they read some words such as "lead" , it sounds like "need", and the same thing happened to /r/ sound. What can I do to solve this? Thank you very much.
