Videos in the classroom can be of use if they are reinforced with other activities. Students need to know the purpose for the video and have an idea of what is going to be asked of them after it is shown. Sure, you are right, you can't just teach by using videos in the class, but students find them...

Videos or DVDs are useful...

I think using videos and dvds are very useful. Everything that is visual helps learning...do you agree?
