Hi,

There is a good book by H. Douglas Brown on strategies for learners. The publisher is Pearson. I believe the name is "Classroom Strategies" but I'm not sure.

Good luck,

Hi,

Contact the company that supplies your books. They usually have posters and other things that they give away for free.

Good luck,

In grammatical terms, I'm not really sure if the 'net will consolidate various forms of English, fuse them together, fr...

Wow - you must be good if you can get a course to like you!! You are probably right about the situation in Germany but in many other countries (any in Latin America for example) qualified teachers are harder to find - more if it is required that they be native speakers. The money just isn't ...

Hi Shmooj,

Would you believe I caught a fugitive by checking. Very important to check references.

As for the people who can barely speak English - that's what the trash can is for. 8)

Go to a directory (like DMOZ) for a particular country and then go to the specific category and run through the sites and collect the data.

Good luck,

Since you're new - don't try to change things too fast. Take some time to get a feel for what's really going on.

Good luck,

I disagree. Unless it is a small school the owner should hire a good DoS or Academic director to do it.

I don't know of any decent school that would have a teacher write the curriculum.
