I try to use issues that are relevant to the students. For example, one of my students is an engineer so I try to find things that are related to what she's studying in university. I also use news items about social issues relevant to her generation to elicit conversation and writing practice.

Can anyone outline the changes to the TOEFL test and how that might affect preparation for the test? All the texts I have are for the old test and I have to rely on the internet for newer stuff. There's a lot of information to wade through and some of it is contradictory. Any help would be appreciat...
