It seems that things are quite different in China. My students seldom make such mistake. But most of them are only good at these grammar points while they always fail in communicating with foriegners orally.

"mustn't do sth" means "prohibit doing sth". Here, the context should be: "I won't/ can't give you a refund if you haven't got a receipt".
