Passing the TSE

I've been tutoring a young Chinese woman. She has passed the TOEFL and is now trying to pass the TSE. So far she has failed four times. We have worked on pronounciation, listening comprehension, used the practice questions in the test booklet.
What else can I do to help her pass?
