New ESL Facilitator- Can You Help?

Post by wannabee » Sun Apr 10, 2005 7:02 pm

Starting Tuesday with 4 Dutch students. I will see them individually for 1 hour each. Ages 6-14. Where do I begin? I need some excellent sites to collect material from. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check out my website: http://med.hro.nl.denjl/
Under "Exercises" I have lots of links to websites and web exercises. Under "Self-Study" there are a few websites geared towards Dutch pupils (explanation in Dutch and/or emphasis on problems facing Dutch learners). They may particularly like the "Ezelsbruggetjes.nl" page.
You can also try www.newinterface.nl This is the website of one of the most-used English methods for Dutch pupils. Even if you don't have the books, the website offers quite a bit of material.
Hope this helps!
