Inpiring X inspirational

Dear all,

I actually did not know where to post this question and then I decided to post it here. Sorry if I have misplaced it.

My question is about the use of inspiring and inspirational. Can we use both referring to people, I mean, can I say "They are truly inspiring/inspirational to all of us"?
