Help - looking for song

I'm trying to locate a song which I have used very successfully in the past to teach the so-called first conditional.

It contains the lines
If you go to Rome you will see the Coliseum,
if you go to London may be you'll see the Queen.
But if you stay with me you won't see anything,
but you'll be very happy that's for sure!

It is a specially-written "EFL song", and is part of a cassette of EFL songs. Does anyone recognise it, and can you tell me the name of the cassette?
