Hiya Peeps

I want to teach TEFL in Chicago does anyone know of any good organisations in Chicago that accepts overseas teachers?

What particular visa will I require if I want to teach in Chicago for a year?

is it feasible to travel out to america and then look for a teaching job there and then apply for a visa? or?
