materials for ESP courses
i am teaching English for Islamic studies and couldn't find any suitable textbook to be used in class, can you suggest any textbook that can be used in class for intermediate level students
New interchange 1, 2, 3 is the easiest to use and apply and fits just about every curriculum. You'll have to give more details about the class for a more accurate suggestion.
When you say "ESP" though, that means like Business English, English for Hotel Service Workers, English for Accountants, etc. If that's what your class is titled as, what is the specific purpose?

Yeah, are you teaching ESL? It's not clear who your target audience is.
For children ages 6-11 Chatterbox by OUP is not bad. For older teens (age 14+) and adults Headway (New) is a good series. Round-Up is a good grammar supplement. It's British, yeah, but American materials suck. Linguistic schizophrenia is far better than the total lack of curriculum and professional development in American publications.
ESP is extra-sensory perception, last I heard. The industry standard term is ESL.
