is TEFL far from our school ?

I am from Weihai Daguanghua International School . The school is in Weihai city , Shandong Province ,China. It is really a truth this city and the school are very beautiful.

This term we look forward to hiring some foreign English teachers, but it is still up in the air by now .

We want two or three TESOL or TEFL teachers this term , and maybe more next term . I wonder When we will get teachers and if TESOL or TEFL is far

I'm not sure I understand the phrase "Is TEFL far from our school?" Janey, but good luck anyway.
