Mini Class for B1 level (10th or 11th grade) plan needed

Hi! I'm a Texan living in Colombia. I am currently going through the hiring selection process at a University and have been told I have to teach a mini class of 15 minutes as part of the hiring process. The "students" are really going to be Colombian English teachers...8 of them to be exact. I have been told I can teach any topic but the level is supposed to be aimed at B1 (10th or 11th grade students). I've never done anything like this. Anyone have any good ideas that might work and not be too boring. Thanks in advance.
