Here's an update from www.esltopics.com

In addition the already uploaded 350 word banks, discussion activities, and games, the site has recently started to upload free, weekly, seven-page Lesson Plans. Each lesson is categorized according to topic and language focus.

Two examples:
Adjectives-Describing People: Barack Obama
Language Focus- Present Simple

and

Airports and Air Travel: My Flight to London
Language Focus- Past Tense / Prepositions of Location
