I came across this during my CELTA course and stupidly forgot to take down the title. The book had a grey cover and green or white writing on the cover. It definitely contained grammar games & I'm fairly certain it was for adults. Please bear in mind that this book may be rather old.

I don't know the book you mention with the grey cover but this book has grammar games for adults and includes 65 pages of printable games including blanks you can fill in with whatever you like, plus ones that are pre-filled to use straight away and also give you ideas.
