If the students know the topic so well, have them teach you (act dumb). Brainstorm ideas on how to use the Internet. Writing on the board, have sts tell you blow by blow how to connect and successfully surf the net. e.g. First, you click here to log on, then you press OK. Clear the board and have them write in pairs/groups the procedure from memory. Maybe they could finally type up a manual for dumbies on using the Internet. Although they know how to use the Internet, perhaps they don't have all the language to explain how to use it and how it works.
Good luck.
