English Camp Activities

List and explain your favorite activities and games for an outdoor setting. An emphasis on fun is appreciated. 
An outdoor activity that received good response in my mixed-level class was a form of scavenger hunt. I made up lists before class that had requests like:
Find something that is living.
Find something that is wet.
Find something that is not green.
Find something that that smells good.
You probably get the picture by now. Somethings, the students can actually pick up and show to others after the hunt, but other things might just have to be written down.
Depending on the age/level of you students, you may want to pair or group them.
