the perfect lesson!

I've nearly finished my teacher training 
but have one more 60 min lesson to go for an intermediate class of about 6 sts. Throughout the course I've been getting good marks but I want this one to stand out (also because it's worth the most marks!)
I'll be following a lesson on weather vocab so would like to link it in with that, possibly including a video clip of a weather forecast as a listening activity. The main problem is what language to focus on, I was thinking 'If the weather is sunny, we could go for a picnic'.
If anyone has any more ideas on this or some fail-safe activites that will impress, I would be most grateful. x
