Hi! I am looking for fun writing exercises for participle phrases for an upper-intermediate class of adults. The exercises in the book are not situation based, and they are pretty dull. I would like to do something fun, interactive, functional, (based on common situations). Any clues?

I was thinking of a two sentence combination activity. But it is so over done!
