I'm teaching children who are between 3 and 6 years old and I'd like to know how to make a t-shirt as a craft in an easy way.
Thanks in advance

You might try doing something with newspapers, glue or sellotape and paints.
If you have access to large and cheap sheets of white paper that might be more fun for designing, but I don't suppose the kids would mind at all if you used newspaper.
They would need supervision with the scissors but special ones for kids are OK.
Have an older student measure up the back and front of a younger student. They can colour it together and a couple of older students can 'dress' the one who the t shirt is made for.

Do you mean how to sew the actual shirts, or just how to decorate t-shirts that are pre-fabricated?

Do you want the kids to actually design the shirts, or do you have a design in mind?
If you have a design, I would recommend iron-on transfer paper for the computer printer.
If the kids will be designing the shirts, depending on the country you are in, you should be able to buy paints, including puffy and glitter, made for textiles. Or, when I was a kid, we often drew a picture on regular paper with special iron-on crayons which an adult could transfer to a shirt.
