Hello,

I am an English teacher form Bulgaria. I have found about the forum accidentally and I am glad I can be a part of it.
I would like to ask you to help me finding some materials for role-play activities for adults. Crime and Mysteries, Love Stories will be just fine. I have searched through the Internet and I found a few, and I will appreciate if you could share with me where to find free downloads about role-play activities.

Thank you in advance!

In one of my college classes, my professor just put the names of fameous people on slips of paper, and we each took one to find out who we were playing. They were the Clintons, Gennifer Flowers (a mistress we heard about during the first campaign), the English royal family, actors and musicians. Then, we just made up our own conversations between these people, no prompts and only in the target language.

I'm an English major from China. My foreign teacher often asks four of us to form a group and gives us four piece of paper, which contain different version of one event. For example, who is to blame if the students find the school is boring? Four of us may play different roles, such as teachers, parents, the students themselves, the officials and so on. Then we will have a mini debate, that is, everyone think others are to blame. We think it's very interestiong. You can have a try.
