Software programmes for ESL students in 3rd level education

I am looking for software packages that can be used for ESL students in 3rd level educational institutions. I would be grateful if any of you have used a programme that proved to be particularly helpful and could share your experience.

One of my favourite ESL/EFL software packages is WIDA.
