Good English softwares are wecome to recommend

I am Chinese. I find it is a useful way for kids to learn English by watching VCDs. My 4-year-old teacher likes to watch English-learning programms in VCD, such as Gogo, Noddy. Will you please any other good English softwares for kids? Thanks a lot.
