Difficulties in English

Hi,

I would like to get a second opinion.

I am an English teacher -10th graders, they have lots of difficulties in English. 1. How can I engage them all in the sessions in a fun and an intersing way?
2. How can they enrich their vocabulary other than reading books/ watching movies -no subtitles?
