English Video lessons for Kids

I was asked by a friend to help improve her son's ( around 7 years old) English through skype video camera lessons. Her son's English is okay for his age. She just wants him to continue speaking English. The lesson would be for around 20-30 mins.

So far, I thought of Simon Says, teaching body parts. Any other ideas or suggestions would be appreciative.

I'd suggest teaching some songs. They are fun to practice, especially the ones that come with hand movements. (The wheels on the bus comes to mind for some odd reason.)
