Vocational English for Chinese-speakers

I am looking for resources for Vocational ESL books or websites. I want my class to be activity based rather than lecture, or just a grammar emphasis. Does any one have advice on where to go? What I do works well in small groups, or one on one, but my larger classes are falling asleep!
Even basic activities would help. I can then adjust them to the topic matter that they need to learn.
Thanks,
Ms. Laoshi

Here are some books that I think will help.

Headstarts by Natalie Hess (excellent pre-text activities, lots of ways to get students more involved in reading something)

Teaching Large Multilevel Classes by Natalie Hess (some superb activities for doing review, great for making classes more student-centered)

Humanising Your Coursebook by Mario Rinvolucri (very clever ideas for working with a coursebook or any kind of material - you can order through Delta Publishing)

I have used all 3 books in my university classes and I have found that my students enjoy these activities a lot.

You can go here for more information about these and other titles.
