Hey!
Like some of the others I've also started putting my lesson plans on the web. I train primary and secondary English teachers in Pakistan, and I started posting lessons at the request of my students. Many of them were only 'in my head' for a long time, but now I've got a lot of games, lesson plans and resources posted. I've also used Barry's Fun English in the past. That site is great, and many of the teachers on this forum have their own sites chock full of lesson plans and tips.

Here's a sample of one of my lesson plans:
Learning Description Through an Interactive Group Game
Objective: Learn how to describe people's hairstyles and personalities
Resources: Each student's name written on cards or pieces of paper.
Time: 60-70 minutes
Presentation 1: Women's Hairstyles (15 minutes)
Say: "Today we are going to learn how to describe other people. We will learn how to talk about how they look, their physical description, and how they act. How they act could also be referred to as their personality."
Draw pictures of the following women's hairstyles on the board: hair down, hair up, ponytail, braid, bun, curly, wavy, straight, short, medium, long
The pictures don't have to be works of art, but good enough so that students can differentiate the different hair styles. Present each hairstyle and new vocabulary word. Pronounce the word, for example, "braid", and ask students to repeat. Ask them, "Is anyone wearing her hair in a braid in our class?" Continue showing all the different hairstyles and asking students if anyone in the class is wearing her hair in that style.
Discuss the following terms for hair color: red, blond(e), brunette, black, raven-haired, dirty blond, brown
