Can be a bit of a tricky subject - suppose it depends which country you are in and the resources you have to hand. Can you be a bit more specific.

I don't know what you want to ask.Maybe you want to say the students' English is poor.Is it right?If you refer to the economy,I don't think it's a barrier. :roll: :?:[/u][/b]

Just motivate them to be interested in English. The only way to study well is to study a lot!
