I've written a play script for 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas' by Dr. Seuss. I think it's suitable for very low level students.
I've made a pack you can download (free) which includes a story, flash cards, a song and the play script.

I'm using it with my Grade 3 Japanese students at the moment, and they seem to be really enjoying it.
