Lesson Plan Websites for $$$

In my search for ideas for lessons, I have always come across various websites that promise great lesson plans for a price. I've always quickly dismissed them and moved on but since I've found so many I'm now wondering: does anyone subscribe to a lesson plan website for money? If so, what ones? Do you reccommend them? Are they worth the money?
